Simple Bread Rollswith Tulip Cocktail Sausages and Sweet Pepper

Ingredients
- 1 can Tulip Cocktail Sausages
- 1 lb sweet bread
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 sweet pepper
Instructions
- Drain the sausages.
- Place a pan over high-temperature and add a bit of oil. Fry the sausages until golden.
- Chop the sweet pepper finely.
- Cut the bread across in half. Stretch the bread with a roller.
- Spread cream cheese on one side of the bread and put the sausages and the sweet pepper on the other side.
- Roll everything together tightly.
- Cover the roll with aluminum paper and chill in the fridge for half an hour.
- Take off the aluminum paper, cut in rolls, and serve.
