Vegetable skewers with Mozzarella and Tulip Quick Bites

Ingredients
- 4.4 oz Tulip Quick Bites
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as cherry tomatoes and cucumber or red bell pepper and mushrooms)
- 1 cup mozzarella, small balls or other cheese
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Drain the Quick Bites and fry them in oil in a frying pan for 4-5 minutes until golden.
- Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and intersperse on skewers with cheese and the hot Quick Bites.
- Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and serve right away.
